Hella 118s driving Lights with Bulb from the Side

Hi I just saw these NOS 118s with the bulb fom the side. 4 Rivet Case and Reflector is marked 118 ZFJ. Never seen that layout with the Bulb from the side on 118s before, just on the larger 14x and 16x - they were cheap so I hit the buy it now button.
Anyone has info on these (preferrably Hella catalogue or similar) as I've never seen bulb from the side on small diameter Hellas before.

H1 layout Uli. The bulbs are to long to use through the center of the reflector like the H3. They are 118s, and this H1 version was spec. for Italy delivered cars. By the way, you won't see a Porsche factory 5 rivet version in these H1s IMO because the hot lead goes directly to the bulb. No pigtail to rattle around in the case to secure like the H3 bulbs. The only way to tell a factory Italy spec 118 will be an enlarged grommet hole for the two wire harness and an additional ground spade at one of the rivet connections for the harness ground wire connection. The case already has an internal ground wire attached to another rivet which then connects to the ground spade on the reflector. Nice early lense too!

The aftermarket version only has the one ground wire inside and a grommet sized for the one hot lead to pass through.
