Porsche 911 Lightweight 1973 for racing

Hello!!

As the title says I'm building this Porsche from 1973 as light as a low budget can provide.
The reason I'm doing this is only for one: RACING
The car will not be street legal and will not have plates.

My biggest question is: Is it possible to transform this in a ST replica(is this the better approach?)? If YES what do I need to do and where can I find the homologation papers?

Now the car is at a bodyshop and will do everything in fiberglass, from fenders to doors. (is it FIA approved?)
After I'll add a proper rollcage and all safety needs, as buckets seats and seatbelts.
