    Find yourself a healthy 930 and drive it daily. End of problem.

    I had the constipation and took lactifibre prescribed by my doctor. It gave me relief but when i stop it taking, problem occurs again within 2-3 days. I am also maintaining the diet but not getting proper results. I consume alcohol at weekend. Does alcohol resisting my cure?
