Does anyone know who restores oil lines?
The lines on my 71 S hold oil just fine, but they look kinda faded and tired.
Thanks Much!
Jay

Jay,
Please explain which oil lines, and perhaps a pic of what they look like now...... We're here to help

I am actually looking for someone to replate and pressure check the S-specific oil lines running from the oil filter console to the hard brass lines. My lines are dated 1969 & 1970 and they have me wondering how long they will last.
Additionally, are these available new anywhere? I can't seem to find them.
I appreciate it!
Jay

Have you checked with HBD Products https://www.911rennen.com/?
Brad Davis has more exotic stuff on his website (like the lines for center-lubricated camshafts) but he does have fittings and bulk line. Maybe he could make what you need.

Brad Davis is your guy. He can do the work for you or get you the proper hose and you can do it yourself.
If you buy "new lines", I will buy your old, "faded" ones from you. Read: Keep those fittings. New lines if they somehow exist from Porsche won't have them
Understood.
Thanks for the info, guys!

Guys, thanks for the kind words.
Hi Jay,
I will be happy to help. The lines you described are serviceable - meaning you can take them apart and replace the hose with new. All of your date coded fittings are re-used. I pressure test all hoses that I build. Attached is a picture of the rig that I use. Pretty simply, but does the trick. If you send me your lines I will be more than happy to test them for you, no cost other than shipping. I am also happy to do a restoration on the lines for you if that is what you are after.
Thanks and best regards,
Brad

I just got the S oil lines back from Brad and they look awesome! The price is even quite reasonable.
Thanks so much to Brad and the ESR community!
