    Unlike days of old, you can't even get a new 911 to spin...

    in the old 911 that would have been called a pitch and catch or throttle steering.
    I had similar results a decade ago with a Boxster on the wet skid pad, they did not like to rotate with throttle steering.

    now days if you attempt to pitch it the nannies bind up the car before you can pitch it.
    So the new car with nannies tracking technique is to push it to point just short of the nannies kicking in.
    Still very very fast just with a big safety net.

    I like to heal/toe downshift and left foot brake, new cars have made that difficult.

    Me too, new drivers will never have the thrill of a snap spin and then flying backwards at 50mph.
