100 liter tank color and finish

Anyone have photos of original 100 L tank in excellent or as new condition? Trying to get a sense of what the original black looked like. Appears to be semi gloss leaning towards gloss?
Also, is there a small ring of un-painted metal around the sending unit?

    Thanks for any help.
