    Hi Rick

Coincidentally was discussing the "lardy arse" look of these latest generation cars with a pal when we were at Silverstone yesterday.

These cars look "wide/big" even in company of things like some of the Aston Martin range these days.

While the sentiment is still true, that image is the one that was photoshopped to exaggerate the effect.

    Here are the real images.

And if you put it next to an RSR 3.0 I think you'd find the new car looked small and tame.

    Pics Notwithstanding . . .

    . . . between the dubs w/center-locks, + all the assorted scoops/slots/vents/splitters --- not-to-mention all the PDK-or-not-to-PDK . . .

    . . . the current cars just seem, well . . .

    . . . vulgar

What ever happened to the small/spare/lithe/clever cars that I fell in love with?

And to see Porsche spec Magnesium roofs (on the RS) on cars w/ AC + power windows = wtf

    I mean --- I'm glad that Porsche 's still in business/intact/making money, but . . .

. . . where is all this heading?

There is room to love all PCARs. Love my 70-S and love my 2017 Turbo...plenty to love in each. JMHO and your mileage may vary.

I like where it is heading. Part of the joy is appreciating the nuances and changes of all the models, after all it is a... P O R S C H E

I know this is a bit off topic from substantial rear ends, but is the 64 in Slate Grey? I assume yes, and the more and more I see it, the more and more I love that color.
