I can't imagine a scenario where one of you would like to see your guy move away but I'm still casting my hook. The demand is so high for qualified applicants that I'm afraid 6 figures will be the new norm across the U.S in the not-too-distant future. Still have the CC shop but it's my hobby shop now; not the best part of town for high end retail.
