    Dennis is right.

    There will always be paying retail customers out there who value time over money. Shop owners and craftsman whose skill is in demand should be rewarded handsomely. Given the backlog currently at great shops perhaps it is time to add an "expedite" option onto the menu?

    It's really no different than how the food chain works currently; cheapskates and incessant whiners organically drift toward the back of the line.
