No need to introduce Jürgen Barth to you. It is generally known Jürgen Barth masters the same racing skills as his father Edgar Barth. However, it is not generally known Jürgen Barth knows how to handle cookware too. Both as a racer and as an engineer, he travelled the world to many race tracks, and learn to appreciate the local foods too.

The result of both the travelling and the cooking is now put on paper in a book that is available in both German and English : 'Schell mal Essen' / Racing & Recipes. Not the Porsche book you'd expect, but definitely worth it, especially when you like delicious foods too
