    I just wanted to say thanks to all for the helpful info. In Chuck's first pic, you can even see one of the bolts with paint whereas the ones holding the snaps are clean... Not sure my hand is steady enough to pin-stripe the drip marks, but all else should be ok. Concerning the yellowing of the coating, this is actually caused by the absence of light. What happens is that the unreacted sites in the coating get chewed up by oxygen and form yellowish gunk. This would be more likely with a light color or a clear coat. So, maybe a light spraying of clear coat if the painter was in the mood for it?
