That's like comparing Freight Trains and Priuses.

Just curious John... what line of work you're in?

Do you smoke a lot of weed?

Do you mind telling us WHY you think it's a blank case?

BTW: If I'm not mistaken I believe that's a 3.0 Euro Carrera motor.

    Dear John,
Firstly I would like to take the time to apologise to you if I upset you and your boys. It was never my intension to do so, Regards Mark
Secondly, Congrats on becoming 911 owner.
Thirdly, Although at a glance and the untrained eye, 911 engines all look similar however their individual characteristics and type vary from cc to cc and model to model.
Being new to these cars can/ is a confusing learning curve that we all in time begin to understand.
There are a multitude of fantastic books that are wonderful at explaining the evolution of these cars, including subtle body, engine and gearbox changes throughout the 8 years of the "long hoods'' production.
I am sure someone here will pipe up as to which the best of these books are.
There is nothing more rewarding than achieving a good base line of knowledge through doing some healthy old fashion homework.
    Kind regards
    Mark
