Cleaned up the rocker seam welds and finally got to the passenger's side quarter today. Woohoo!
    Ready for leading.

The owner asked I do this. Narrow SWB quarters are so pretty.

Edit: the lock posts looks wavy or dented but are not, it's just reflected light.

Left side is about done, a little more welding to do and then I will replace the rear crossmember.
Welds are planished flat. Looks nice but still needs to be leaded and filler to feather.

After I file, lightly 3M seam seal and 3M undercoat, I'm hopeful when the owner is replacing brake pads he cannot tell I was here.

Next, hang the doors again to check your gaps. It was too tight as you can see which is why you shouldn't weld here until you check.
A little hammering brought it to 3mm. Ready now to check the other side

This is an important view too. Took some hammer/dolly work.

Dirty work is done for the day.

The tails need to be cut off to remove and install the crossmember right. They're in bad shape so I'll repair them and install the taillight boxes before I reattach.

This is the last of the major metal work.

Today (first) I'll repair the left quarter where it's braced behind the wheel well first.
Then I'll make templates off a known rust free original narrowbody I have in the shop and fine tune the quarters in all directions. Then when this is done I'll begin reinstalling the rear crossmember and tails/taillight boxes

My 77 is original. Checked the 67 contour off of it.
