Porsche Museum shows the oldest Porsche 911 (901 No 57) for the very first time

In 2014 a German TV crew, working on a programma on antiques and memorabilia stumbled upon 2 Porsche 911's.
The TV crew got in touch with the Porsche Museum, and they decided to buy these cars.

Now, after 3 years of restoration, the Porsche Museum will finally present one of the newest additions to its collection – and the oldest 911 that it holds –
at the special exhibition “911 (901 No. 57) – A legend takes off”

Seems like a job well done (warning light switch added?), much better than factory restorations a few years ago no?

Attachment 444056I got a peek at #57 in the Museum workshop this past May. They were fiddling with the Solex's while I was there. It looked like a better restoration than previous I'd seen.
