    Don't look if you're a purist

Hey! I thought I told you not too look.

Being a charter member of the Can't Leave Well Enough Alone horde, I recently fell into an opportunity to alter my hot rod.
I've had for quite a long time a Chiffon/light gray, two toned thing happening. Because of my deep love of Slate Gray I've decided to change... So now I have a Slate G hood and engine lid.
I've also really loved a factory treatment you occasionally see... mine has a bit of a twist with a touch in the license plate area too.

It's vinyl wrap so if I decide too, I can simply change or remove it.

No doubt its not to everyone's taste and still not exactly the way I want it ...but its close. And yes, I will be re-installing the Cibie Pallas.
    Cheers. Happy new year.

Cool! Very '60's-ish, especially the hood.

My buddy John... long time my friend. Pretty insightful you posting one of my favorite artists, Piet Mondrian. I really did think about him during this re-imagining.
We need to organize some kind of get together in the city soon... like we used to.

    Hope you're doing well.
