    We have FACTORY right and left 73 mirrors in stock . Yes, they are factory Jim . Porsche started making them about 2 years ago. Here is the deal with them. they are the correct 73 size and mount in different locations on the doors.
    right door location is set further back so you can use it effectively (like the later power mirrors ; same deal)
    The finish is very shiny. whereas the originals were semi polished stainless on the paddles, these were finished to a higher luster and match the chromed parts of the base and neck (casting like the originals) Pics don't really tell the story.

    Rectangular mirrors used 72/73 were as shown on the right side of the car in post #6. the driver's side mirror shown is a 74/75 mirror. Later mirrors were painted and looked entirely different.
