    ALL:

I offered the OP $200 for the tools and he agreed. However, he won't accept Paypal and requested payment via Venmo. A huge warning sign and a service that specifically disallows commercial transactions and offers zero buyer protection. Venmo scams are legion across the Internet. Be careful.

    From the Venmo site:

Venmo is designed for payments between friends and people who trust each other. Avoid payments to people you don't know, especially if it involves a sale for goods and services (like event tickets and Craigslist items). These payments are potentially high risk, and you could lose your money without getting what you paid for. Venmo does not offer buyer or seller protection. Business usage of Venmo requires an application and explicit authorization. For more information, please see section C(1)(b) of our User Agreement.

Just letting you know, like I said in the private message. I had a bad experience with PayPal. I was scammed by someone. They told PayPal I sent them the wrong item and took the very expensive watch I sold them and replaced it with another watch and sent that back to me. Therefor, I do not use PayPal anymore. It’s 200 bucks I’m not going to scam you for 209 bucks lol. I told you if you have a friend in the Los angelelsl area who would be willing to do the transaction let’s do it that way.

And yes the seats were sold to a member, who contacted me via phone and lived very close to me so it was an in person transaction. I forget his username. If you see this thread can you please confirm I’m not a scammer and sold you legit seats?
