    P 852 Windshield Template Tool?

Has anyone seen one of these in real life? I'm looking for photos of the back side (the side that fits against the windshield frame.)

Yes! Exactly. I'm trying to confirm that the perimeter is a square tubing and not an angle...

    BTW, Barry is very good.

OK, so this looks like it's square tubing to me?

OK, so it clearly isn't tubing; almost has to be square bar?

I gave it a shot at the shop this morning and this is the best I could do with tube:

Looks like solid bar might be a better approach. Has anyone ever hefted one of these and gotten a sense of the weight?

Regardless of the overall success of my home-built efforts, I'm in the market for any original window templates (P852/3/4, etc.) so any heads up if one becomes available would be appreciated!

Look at the size of the welds of the jigs reinforcements.
    They look quite thick?

Maybe a hint about the jig consitution?

BTW very nice job for the first corner!

    Olivier.
