FS: 1971 911S gearbox rebuilt close ratio

1971 911S gearbox fully rebuilt by Carquip in Colorado at cost exceeding $7,000. Close ratio 3rd and 4th gears, stock 1st, 2nd and 5th. Ran out of garage space and had to sell the car I had planned to restore. Never used, lube still in shipping crate to be installed. In Southern California, can ship anywhere. Copies of build sheet and ratios available. $5,500. jclinard3@earthlink.net

It's not LSD. The cover plate is Carquip's "race cover plate" aluminum alloy 60 61-T6 with a bolt-on replaceable center guide. One advantage is a better clutch cable pivot!

    Thanks
