Looking for a space for a hobby repair shop near Long Beach/Los Angeles

I recently relocated to Long Beach. I don't have a place to work on my car for the foreseeable future. I would like to rent a small shop, say 900-1500 SF, where I could service my cars and store a couple of cars securely, and where I could place my shop equipment and tools, which I will soon be moving here from New England.

I have been driving and servicing my own 911s since 1990, so I hope to find an understanding audience on this forum.

Does anyone have a suggestion or a lead?

The only person I know in Long Beach is John Wilhoit. He restores 356 and early 911's
