    Knowing your comprehensive experience, I think that you may have made a typo.

    901.613.013.00 = PET '65-'69 Fig. 9-03-00, #10 Ignition starter switch without nut with flat plug for overseas
    901.613.043.00 = PET '65-'69 Fig. 9-03-05, #05--- Switch for rear window wiper

    It was commonly substituted with Sierra Madre: Rear Wiper Switch, 911/912 (65-73)

    Either of the switches on the ends of Tom's post will be what you are looking for. The one on the right is probably the most correct part.

    Your correct part number is 90161304300, The 4 looks a bit like a 1 but trust me this is the correct #.

    I wish I had one here, but they are not too hard to come by.
