Thread: What’s it worth - 1965 4.5” Lemmerz steel wheel

At some point Porsche deemed the thinner centers unsafe and strongly recommended the thicker center wheels for racing.

so what's the difference in value if it says 3.7? Trying to clean out the yard and found 3 of my wheels are 3.7's, appreciate any insight.

I sell my wheels in date matched sets, for C wheels I get $300 a wheel for 3.7 wheels. If they are 3.9's you are looking at about $1000 a wheel.
But as singles you can count on about $150-200 a wheel on the open market for 3.7 wheels, as long as they aren't rusty chrome, those are a hard sell as singles.
