That little fan is a 3 phase fan and can take 25 amps. We'll only run 8 to 10 amps through it. It's used for radio controlled hovercraft. At 5 amps it shoots around on the floor. Jon has designed baffling to direct air through, over, under, and to the outside of the battery box when the car is moving. The whole cooler will get air flow. The fan is for stop and go city driving.
