    Any CIS 1976/77 specialist here

Looking for some information on CIS WUR 76/77 3,0 Carrera.
Wonder if there had been a change of the WUR (033) from 76 to 77, when the AAR was introduced.

    Thanks got the issues solved.

My question was, if there had been a change of the warm up regulator from MY76 to MY77, when the thermo-valve in the vacuum hose to the wur was introduced.

The answer is: YES, the WUR had been changed from 76 to 77, when the thermo-valve and the AAR had been introduced.
But the only difference was the internal resister of the electrical heat up. 76 (017) hat 35 ohms, 77(033) had 26 ohms.

Porsche realized the issue with the individual heat up of the upper and lower (by engine) chamber of the wur and changed the WUR ports for MY 78. So for MY78 the 045 was introduced (but will not fit 3,0 Carrera) with a vacuum inlet on the side, which is internally connected to the already by the engine heated lower chamber.
