    When installing a 356 engine in a early bug, what do you use for the tinwork around the motor/engine compartment. Those installs look like the engine belongs there.

    Coming from you Rick thats a real compliment. This is testament to the fabricating skills of Russ Rodriguez of Fibersteel in Azusa CA. Front tin was mainly trimmed but the side & rears were all fabricated paying close attention to the shape & bends of the originals so the final result is that it looks factory or it belongs there as you said. The Faux Cam motor was used as template for the tin.
