    shift spring install

I've noticed that installing these lock out springs seem to cause people problems, so I've finally remembered to take pictures when I did this recently. Use two long skinny punches, use one to hold the plate in place, stick the spring in the housing arched up, stick punch in, straighten spring and poke punch out other side, push retaining pin in as you pull punch out, attach e-clips. No flying springs!
