Thread: Madras interior pics?

    Thanks for posting those pics Karim.

    The main aim of this thread is to get some pics of a complete interior. Surely somebody out there has a 73 with a Madras interior?

    Thanks for your post Adore911 - I really appreciate it. That brown madras looks great by the way - especially coupled with Metallic Gold paint! What a fantastic combination!

    Those pics just took most -if not all- of the guesswork out of my upcoming retrim.

    The pictures of the Metallic Gold one, I received myself during the quest for the original interior/trim configuration. My car is Metallic Green. Personally, I like the combination very much

    Does anyone know if these interior Madras materials and ID numbers ae 5he same for the 1972 911 cars as well? Or were the Madras materials first offered in the 1973 model year?

    Madras were only available for 1972/73 2.4litre cars (although maybe VERY special command 2.2l might could have them)

    In 1971, you had the choice for two Houndstooth/Dog tooth choices.
