More"zero value" for SM911. You could always switch manufacturers and use a nice plaid as in my '55 M-B.

Yes, that's the current madras that's available. Look about right to me, but I don't have my pic of the original handy. I'll try to find it to post.

I have the nos covers in that bottom pic. I can provide a closeup if necessary, but would need to find those covers first! I think that particular image would give you the best pic of what you need.

Thanks for posting those pics Karim.

The main aim of this thread is to get some pics of a complete interior. Surely somebody out there has a 73 with a Madras interior?

    BINGO!!

Thanks for your post Adore911 - I really appreciate it. That brown madras looks great by the way - especially coupled with Metallic Gold paint! What a fantastic combination!

Those pics just took most -if not all- of the guesswork out of my upcoming retrim.

    Thumbs up to you sir!

The pictures of the Metallic Gold one, I received myself during the quest for the original interior/trim configuration. My car is Metallic Green. Personally, I like the combination very much

Does anyone know if these interior Madras materials and ID numbers ae 5he same for the 1972 911 cars as well? Or were the Madras materials first offered in the 1973 model year?
