    Not knowledgeable enough to talk with authority, but this is a baseline coupe with aluminum dash. The tach is the appropriate color and if its really a 66-67 then would be green face with chrome trim ring. May have been redone but I suspect just a lesser tach for the lower priced model. Real experts please chime in. Also for aesthetics I would keep one Torino and redo it in basketweave and make the passenger seat a comfort seat. Would have been an appropriate dealer mod. And for whatever its worth my April 30th 912 coupe had light ivory headliner

    nice car--the windshield has the sun shade section at the top; not found on original cars from the period. Chris

    Thanks Chris is is a new screen fitted by a previous owner when I remove the screens to do the headliner may look at replacing it then.

    Does your 68 have original trunk perlon carpet if so could you take some pics please?

    Re the tacho

    I don't think it has been re done, it is black and white but has the metal circle which indicates pre 68

    Guess I have to pull it out to check the date on it and that may provide the answers.
