    Need help i bought a car from a scammer

    Is anyone living in the area West Chester? It seems to be the state New York.

    I bought a very nice car (at pictures) but in real it is a rusted dented restorationproject. I am in Europe.

    Westchester is in New York state, but West Chester could be in Ohio or Pennsylvania. There are not many guys in either location. Any hints on the car?
