Trunk to Passenger Footwell Wiring Access?

Are there any feed-thru grommets, etc. into or above the RH side footwell?

I've heard there is one just behind the radio but something at the pass. footwell would be better.

Thanks, this is on a US 1973.5 car.

Drill a hole if need be, it's not like you're piercing Mona Lisa's navel.

I had a dealer AC coming through there (those giant ones that replace the smuggler box door with a plastic "tent", a new born baby could have been birthed through that hole in the footwell... I love the mona lisa navel analogy ;-)
For the record we bonded a piece of metal there with modern chassis glue... All this to say, yeah, drill baby drill..

what is this angled vent that is tack welded on below the clip for the passenger foot board?

I probed it and it seems sealed...

The wooden floorboard tab slides in there.
