To be clear. I bought not a Porsche but a Mercedes. I have the name and address of the seller.

Based on your comment regarding shipping, taxes, and the value of the car please keep in mind that U.S. attorneys typically won't even answer an email or phone call for less than $10,000.
They have a lifestyle to maintain.
(Had to delete my previous quip; it occurred to me that you could have taken mistaken my humor for something else.)
How about posting the glamour shots, ad (including VIN), and current photos? Not sure saber rattling is going to do much.

After all, the fact that i lost money gave me one bad day. The worst is the situation that i lost my trust in people.
It seems that i can not buy a car unseen. This was the last time.

Now, now... "trusting" a seller during the purchasing process does not excuse you from performing due diligence. Honest question: Did you have an independent third party do a PPI? If not, why not? If you can't afford a loss then you have to reduce your risk.
Unless the seller has a dog in the fight and something GREAT to lose (I.E: Reputation and trust in a small community where he does LOTS of biz), why would you trust him?
I purchased an engine lid grill from you. I weighed the amount of risk with the amount of money. In the end I was pleased but a little disappointed that the part wasn't packed better as it came to me BENT. Was I going to make a big deal out of it? Of course not.
I can't blame you for being pissed but are you willing to take some personal responsibility here for being shafted?
Okay Frank but a big difference for me is that my intentions were right. I never want to steal.
And if someone is not happy i will offer a full refund. By the way my wife packed it...
Yes i did not do a ppi.
It’s been my observation that Europeans in general are a very “trusting” bunch by and large. Maybe that’s just been my personal experience but the world is full of hornswogglers and hooligans which makes “Trust but Verify” words to live by.
PM me the details. I’ll do my best to help you.
And your wife needs parts packing lessons.
Frank is helping me. I appreciate this very much.
