    Restoring 1967 911 Coupe-Rubber boot identification?

    Can anyone identify the attached photo. It's a boot with a small (~1") opening on one end and large (~2.5") on the other, ~3" long. Looks like one side is exposed to heat.

    Just a guess, fuel filler boot, with hole for overflow tube??

    Need to blow up the pix, but shift boot in tunnel is corrugated in this 68. Someone must have a proper pix of the boot under the access cover. Gordon

    there is two different versions(up to 71 and 72-) and a sporto version also--would love to see the sporto version--anyone got a pic?
