I will second what everyone on here has previously said. It takes more time (and even more money) than you think for these cars especially working off of a budget. I'm still there! When I came off of active duty I thought I'd have more time but I'd say the opposite is true, I have less time now and my wife picked a foreclosure that needed some remodeling so that's where most of our funds have went this past year. It is fun acquiring parts and like the others said, doing small jobs and just knowing it's going to eventually get finished. I have definitely been burnt out, thought about selling too many times but this car has taught me patience and I know that it is a very neat little car and with the way the market is going I probably wouldn't be able to afford another one. Anyways, I hope this helps.

Thanks guys! Really appreciate all the advice and motivation!
And funny to read many have been or still are basically in the same situation, what a hobby we have ah?

I have been thinking of making it driveable but also realize that once you reach that point the rest will take even more time so finish it all the way is still the focus.
I will let it all sink in over the weekend.
Thanks again, really means much to me!
