I will be arriving on Friday afternoon and leaving Tuesday morning. I wish I could stay longer, but my work schedule just won't let me.
My Signal Orange 71 S will be shown in the Concours. Really looking forward to it.

I am arriving on Saturday and will be there all week. I am showing my Hell Green 74 in Preservation class at the Concours, you can't miss it, come say hello!

I will also be part of a panel discussion on Thursday with Hagerty and doing a valuation seminar at the Tech Academy on Friday. PM me if you want to meet up.

    Hi Eric
Candyce won her class. I think Mike Fitton did well with his 71 Targa. Dave and yours truly scored 299.2 for a close second in class. Winner was 299.4. A couple of tiny mistakes. But good for Gmund level. The car is beautiful! We saved the original vinyl and got perfect scores on the interior and nearly every other area. Thanks for your help with the parts. It had a crowd around it all day and the judges were impressed with the presentation. But those mistakes... SS

Steve & Dave, great job on the 67S. It’s beautiful! Yes, there was a crowd around it all day, and for good reason. Met Mike and he showed us his incredible Targa. It was a good show but pretty hot temp wise. Happy to have met those I had not previously. Until the next show!!!

Yes the heat was brutal. I did not take one photo, too busy. There were some really nice 356 A and Pre A coupes. The RS that won our class, some great looking early Esses, Es,Ts and two nice 912s. Good see the Mission E Porsche in person and they unveiled the all electric Tacan sp.; 250 miles on a 15 min charge, typical electric acceleration and for sale next year in the US! The car of the show for me was the early 4 Cam 904. All in all a great show. 1500 entrants for the whole event from all over NA.

    Mike,
As luck would have it, you passed by my big white Yukon and trailer (with my 71 S inside) crossing the bridge outside Jefferson City, MO. We got separated in Mexico, MO, but you passed me again when I was stopped on the side of the road with a blown tire on my trailer.
I took a couple of pictures of your car sitting at a stoplight next to a new white Carrera coupe.
PM me your number and I will send you the pics.

Just a quick shout out to the super helpful men and women of ESR! I had a problem with my car prior to the Concours and several members stepped up to help me.
Many thanks to Candyce, Ed Mayo, and Steve MacKellar.
He's not a member here, but Lee Grunewald of Lee's Automotive in Madison, Wisconsin really saved my bacon.

Thanks much, gang! I really appreciate it!
