    emergency flasher switch?
    radio was dealer installed once in america therefore a year older?

    My conclusion is also lucky guess. The guy pulled up in another 911 so couldn't have seen inside the car before getting out. His passenger was an older man - I'm guessing his dad - so trying to impress is motive.

    Didn't hear either of those, however, if there is anyone in the greater San Diego region looking to make sugar daddy arrangements at this time...

    Perhaps he saw your car at a car show, or spoke to you previously about it. Any chance of that?

    I don't get out much and talk to people even less so not much chance of that.
