Rare Deluxe brochure for modelyear 1968 - White car on beach 2x

Very Rare deluxe brochure for modelyear 1968 with white 911 on the beach.
A very nice 24 pages brochure with a cutout in the cover to show the white porsche on the next page.
Has lots of pictures for the 911 SWB new modelyear, contains info for 912/911T/911L/911S dated 9/67 in english language.
Complete scan here of the german version I once had: http://content.us.porsche-clubs.pors...2_aug_1967.pdf

I have 2 of them available, bought them together from a collector that was moving away from Porsche brochures in favour of Italian stuff.

First one is a nice brochure for it's age, the cover is a bit more yellow and it has a couple marks from reading through it.
It has a name scribbled on the top right hand corner, and in the vorner of the cutout there is a tiny tear. (wich happens a lot with this cutout type)
    $200 shipped

Second one is in really great condition, still nice white and really flat has not been looked into a lot.
If you open this one up, it does not fall flat, so it has been handled really carefully, maybe looked through only a hand full of times.
$275 shipped (this one is spoken for)

Preference is the second one if Xavier doesn’t take it, but I’ll take the 1st one.

    Thanks

Nice brochures. I've tried to figure out if my car was used in any of these shots but I guess it's impossible to know?

If you refer to the red car seing via its front (rear side of brochure - 2nd pic from above - number plate S-PS 160), its actually a 67S press car also used the year before in all 1967 911S brochures. That red 67S is known to still exists, currently owned in France. I once wrote a thread about it.

As for some 68 models documented in this white cover brochure, cant help...

So don't want to hijack the thread, but looks like both brochures are sold.

Thanks for reply Karim. The red car has black wipers parked on driver's side. It's definitely a '67?

The car I was referring to is the b&w interior shot, as my car was completed 7/67, is a demonstrator, and like this pic, has no radio and what appears to be elephant hide.

Not want to hijack either but since both items sold, this topic is still related to this brochures content.

    Scott, yes the red 911 w plate S-PS 160 is a 67S, although wipers retouched for 1968 - A detail I never noticed before !

    1968 brochure, printed 8.67
    Notice wipers.
