Picked up a '68 Rat with "torque thrust" wheels. Looking for a bit of help

Hello Early S board. I don't post here much often lurk as they say.

Anyway I just added a '68 project car to my stable that has shall we say a bit of Patina. It also has what looks like aluminum torque thrust wheels or repos, thoughts?. I will be needing some lug nuts to use with these. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

As for the Patina, I haven't decided if I leave it (at least for a while) or paint. I'm leaning towards leaving it and building a fun little hot rod/rally type build and just running it. ...the wife will eventually make me paint it I'm sure but for now I'm thinking a ratty hot rod might be fun.

Thanks in advance for any information on the wheels and where to get lug nuts for them.
