FS: Mark Ten Delta Vintage CD Ignition

    Sparky,

Here is a vintage transistor ignition for an early 12 Volt 911. Before the factory put CD (captivate-discharge) ignitions in 911s and back in the days when spark plugs were easily fouled in early 911s (remember those days?!) Delta pioneered this system. Increases coil/spark plug voltage and reduces point current. This was in a '67 911 I owned. It It works and note that it has a bypass switch. Please send any questions. Price is $100 OBRO and that includes priority shipping in CONUS. Thanks for looking !

Yes, they made a lot of sense. So much so, that all manufacturers eventually went to such a system. These days the coil(s) is on the plug. I did sell this btw. Thanks.
