    2.5 ST engine project W/ Complete MFI System

    2.5 ST Engie Project built on 1970 S Case # 6301910

    This is a nearly complete ST engine project that was discontinued by a client who perhaps decided he was too old to go this fast or spend this much money?

    The major components that need to be yet purchased are: connecting rods and a twin plug distributor.

    You can purchase this engine and take it to your engine builder, or I could finish it for you.

    Case details:

    Cleaned, tumble finished case
    cylinder head inserts
    surface cylinder spigots
    Replace soft plugs
    clean piston squirters
    Boat tail bearing webs
    Spot face outside bolt holes
    Surface case half
    Line bore main to standard
    line bore intermediate shaft bore
    Reinforce #3 head stud inserts
    Shuffle pin engine case
    Thread insert 8mm studs
    Clearance for 3.2 oil pump
    Oil bypass update

    Crank shaft.

    66 MM crank (rods and mains .25mm under)
    Clean crank internal
    check run out

    replace soft plugs
