Had to drive to the wilds of Maine yesterday to save this 72S. I don't want to think what another Maine winter would have done. It's safe now.
Save them all!

Well, that's the easy part, we just go to the yard or go to the shelves. Luckily for us and the Porsche community we have one of the largest stashes of parts and cars. The hard part is finding the cars, the easier part is putting them back together and the easiest part is selling them.
Not you pal, Jim.

you don't have that many parts!!! YOU CAN SEE THE FLOORS...……….hahaha
That's only because we got organized when we moved out of the leather mill about 8 years ago. There everything was in big piles so when we moved we moved everything one truckload at a time, it took 5 years but everything is now loosely where it supposed to be, and where we can find it if we need it.

This belongs in the Cars for Sale forum. Nothing other than a thinly veiled For Sale add.
Regards
Jim
Nope, we don't sell cars until we've had a chance to fill in the missing parts, this car won't hit the market until Spring 2019 at the earliest, many more in line in front, just got this load last week.
In fact, just to show you how off your are Jim, I couldn't sell this car right now if I wanted to, Maine is a no title state, so all I got was a Bill of Sale, which will take me 4-6 months to turn into a title. So no, I'm just sharing a cool pic of me saving another 911S, nothing more.

Why bother posting it to start with. Reminds me of those "what's my car worth" posts. Lowers the tone of the board...

I really don't think you guys can read, the car isn't for sale. Me posting here is just like when I write stories of my barn finds in ESSES, never had a complaint about those. It was a cool picture of an early 911S being saved, that's exactly why this board is here, to share a story of an S. Selling cars is the easiest part of my job, I don't need to "thinly veil" a post to try and sell a car. If I want to sell a car, I sell it. This is just me sharing a fun day driving up to Maine to grab a one year only 1972 911S. A couple of you guys really need to lighten up.
