    Nice project-- Rare color for 1971. Carpet I believe should be salt and pepper velour ,your car is all black carpet. Also the rear cross member has been replaced as there are sharp corners at each end of the slam panel. That is probably why the original aluminum deck lid was either damaged or not there on the car. A very worth while project as a 71 S in Gemini blue is very rare and desirable. Chris

    Full resto as came from the factory, or some mods planned?

    Yes- no rust found YET. I’m trying to keep it as original as possible, but haven’t ruled out some upgrades.
