Here's mine. Took a little trial and error with fitment as my SWF bottle is longer. I chose to screw the brackets for trial fitment, then welded them once i was happy with the location.

The Aeroquip Red cap.... That was the hardest part to find for the whole build. Mentioned this to Brad Davis in LA and he gave me the missing piece as a gift. Great present. Thanks again Brad.

Shouldn't the tank be vented to atmosphere? Perhaps with a K&N filter fitted to relieve pressure buildup? Asking out of lack of experience on my part. If so than helpful pictures appreciated.

    Thanks,

A photo of #20R looking up from the ground...Blue: is the fresh oil feed to the engine (hard line through body) from the oil tank. Red: hot oil from thermostat to front coolers, Yellow: oil from thermostat before it's hot, return going to oil tank. Green: the little stub hose end is from the plastic catch tank, it just vents (road) inside the inner fender, above the tire...

More photos of #20R and its oil system, missing is the rubber strap and red cap for the plastic catch tank, a sound pad was added, not standard. Breather hose is original type. Location of the breather hoses in the catch tank are on the front left side for the R, the factory diagram shows the holes on both the left and right sides...

I found a photo of an original SWF plastic tank that was in one of the R's, note: It has mounting tabs on the top, the photo of R20's tank has the tabs removed. Both tanks have same size and placement holes.

NOS sport kit catch bottle, one of the holes is a little messed up, no idea how that happened but it's clear this has never been mounted much less had oil in it.

In Ernies pix in post #15, the arrows aren't right: engine vents to oil tank thru the inner fender to oil tank in front of rear wheel. Oil Tank vents to catch tank, and chtch tank vents to atmosphere thru inner fender behind rear wheel as shown in his other pix. Never know if pix will show up in order or not. R11. G
