Frank, since u put names on a face and many other ex-clients now resurface since with equal charges, yes its Tobias Nussbaum of defunct Flat Six Cars GMBH. Presumably innocent - of course - but also, the company is bust, legal cases mounted against both the name as well as the company once run under his name.

Porsche, especially old Porsches are pure business for some of the so called enthusiast.
I own an old 911 race car, meanwhile I need to keep all information about the car as a secret
foremost to the people at Porsche Classic. Many of the offical certified cars are pure fake.

I'm not referring to people or cars named here and I don't want to claim that everything is bad of fake. But my personal opinion and experience is quite scary 3 examples directly related to me:

Porsche 908 owned by my dad until the early 90s, car was sold in parts to a collector he ownes the car still today, a copy of my dad's car is with offical papers a 2nd time existing.

I owned a 73 RS Replica a while ago, the car was quite a good replica, but not so well build that an expert could not find out that the car is not original. I asked some dealers if they want to sell my car. The RS was still in my garage when it was offered for sale as an original RS with matching # by a well known Porsche dealer.

Then I was in the room when an "original" 73 RS Lightweight restored by a famous RS Specialist which was sold at the Techno Classica, came out to be a copy. The new owner gave the car to a service to Porsche mechanic which is in the business since the 70s. Bad luck for the "Specialist" that the orginal car was still in the ownership of the 2nd. owner who was still a customer of the mechanic. The car was not registeres since the 80s.
The specialist bought back the car for 100k€ on top of the sales price to avoid any bad publicity.
