More cars stolen/sold in a criminal scheme by shop owner of defunct Flat Six Cars GMBH in Büsserach, Switzerland, Tobias Nussbaum.
He sold these cars without the consent of its owners, who gave these cars in for winter storage or service.
Over 10 Million Swiss francs of values used in this criminal scheme and over a dozen of owners are concerned.
We might open a separate thread, but as for now, here images. I ll add specs etc as soon as possible.
Images show the cars while at the shop.
What a sick and also sad story.

Good Lord, what's going on in Switzerland!? How could that shop owner get away with that? I can't imagine what I'd do to him if they were my cars.

Agree. He f***ed up all his clients. All. Nobody was aware, everybody trusted him - it probably happened very quick but also, carefully planned.
Right now state prosecutors are on this case, we ll see the outcome. It sent a shockwave to people concerned with Classic Porsche within Switzerland and Germany. I hope he goes to jail and never gets out again.

I think you need to search for this cars in Russia.

Russia have the biggest sale of Mercedes spare parts, but the smallest Mercedes cars sale. Nobody in Poland wonders why. He had few classic cars stolen here and everybody knows they went to Russia.

We located the engine, its been mounted in another car.
Number is modified and what says somehow 6311295 is actually a fake and restamped number of my engine block number 6111743.

My lawyer works on this and I cant say more for confidental reasons - current owner and car are identified. Its a complicated history and actually much more complicated than simply asking the engine back. Im confident however i will get my engine back and the criminals go to Prison.

    That is very good news!
Let's hope you get it back soon, with complete documentation. Will make for a nice history to go with the car.

Karim as one of the folks here who regularly gives info and shares your wonderful literature collection so often without any strings you deserve a break here. I am sure I'm not alone in wishing a positive outcome for you and your car which certainly needs it's engine back! Hopefully anyone found guilty through due process gets their just deserts too.

Hopefully even if the engine number has been modified your transparency on site like this with diligent folks who follow chassis and engine details of early S so assidiously will help in the car's overall history despite this unfortunate chapter.

    All the best

    Steve
