    68 Headliner Bows

When I bought my car it only came with 3 headliner bows. I just compared them and they are all different lengths. I checked on Pelican Parts and they list 1 & 2 as the same and then a 3 and a 4. So my thinking is I need a 1/2 to complete my set? Is the number one bow the closest to the windshield? Which one is the longest? Anyone buy the repo's? quality, fit?. Thanks

I have a set off a 68 Karmann 12. It does seem that two are the same length but surely not for the same location! May be opposite ends of the top/roof? I personally removed these, they are accurate and from one car only. Here are a couple pictures to demonstrate just how close in length they are.

Thanks for the photos, so you are not sure where each one goes?

Not at all. These came off in 1994/5.

Here is a picture from the factory parts catalogue.
    # 60 gives the part numbers. Looks like it starts at the front and works to the back? ......cliff

    # 60 (not shown) is the angled line parallel to the bows, just out of view on the left of line, opposite of the # 58 to the right

They do seem to have distinguishing curved ends!

My guess is the longer one is the rear bow.......... # 4
