    then all my 70-73 have the wrong jacks

    I'm also confused. My 10/'72 build (MY73) has a crank style jack. Of course this could have been a replacement at some point, I don't know.

    Nope, 69 and earlier. I would suggest you to do a bit of homework before making totally wrong statements. It is worth what you are asking for it, though.

    My 1970 911 had that style jack--it was a late 69 build.
