    JP...are those bullet holes in passenger door side ?

    How did those rims stay so nice and look at all the tread left on the tires.
    Also strange that the passenger side has what appears to be a sport seat.
    Is that a ramp with a blue tarp tent in background ?

    That blue tarp is obviously a homeless encampment. I suspect the car is located near downtown Oakland.
