    Can anyone please tell me the production date of this car ?
    1002826 it was sold in France

    I do not recognize that as a Porsche VIN.

    it could be a production number for a 1970 911 coupe
    however a production number does not tell you what type of car (S,E ,T?) it was

    BUT if it is a production number, going on the ones I am aware of, it would be a Feb / March 1970 production i would have thought it would have been the 2826'd 911 coupe ordered to be made out of just over 10,000 coupes made that year

    I have records of an E made in late March with a production number 3191 and an S made in February with a production number 2425 and another S made in April with a production number 3613 and another S with 2093 made at the start of February
