    They centered the steering rod, mounted the steeringwheel centered and corrigated the tie rods (right was 4mm longer). Now the wheel is 2 splins of center.
    But again before I brought the car to the shop, i havent had the problem and just resetting the steering wheel 1 spline will not cause this problem.

    Articulated bolt snaps out of the bush of the rear stabilizer and it looks like the rear right stance is deeper than rear left.

    They will do a full chassis measurement at the end of the week with new rear stabilizer bushings.

    Without second-guessing the shop...

    Before they checked alignment they should have isolated potential issues. Starting with disconnecting the tierods and moving the steering lock-to-lock to make sure there’s no binding in the rack. And while the tierods are disconnected drop the car on the floor (with wheels on) and rotate both wheels lock-to-lock to make sure there’s no binding in the ballpoints or struts. No matter what you find it would be a good time to install 930 tierods if you haven’t already.

    I’m sure you know this: When things seemingly turn to crap and it’s clearly not something we’ve caused we’re very candid with customers:

    “Old parts fail at some point. Don’t blame us just because it happened on our watch.”

    Frank,

    brought the car to the engine shop and ordered only to fix the engine and set the steering wheel correct. So not his fault.
    He raised the tire pressure of there tires to the correct 2,0 bar. The lower tire pressure lead to abrase the outer parts of the tire tread more than the middle parts.
    The cold weather and the higher pressure lead to less damping of the vibration. I was now also driving most likely on the inner thread of the front wheels.

    Toe-out was 0°.
    right rear was 1cm too low.
